Les Rousses is in the heart of the Jura and the Regional Natural Park of Haut-Jura. 4 villages have come together to offer you all the benefits of a resort while preserving their privacy.

The alpine ski resort offers the ideal altitude from 1120 to 1680 m for a holiday in an unspoilt nature . Thanks to its position on the French-Swiss border Les Rousses offers no less than 5 areas with 28 ski-lifts.

Franco-Swiss domain have 3 chairlifts and 14 ski-lifts.

Serra domain includes 1 chairlifts and 2 ski-lifts.

Noirmont domain includes 1 chairlifts and 3 ski-lifts.

The Franco-Swiss domain is the biggest area of this resort , and will give you lots of pleasure. From the top of the pistes enjoy amazing views over the Alps and the valley of Leman Lake.

The soft and safe relief of Haut-Jura is particularly well suited to the practice of snowshoeing.

Les Rousses resort offers :

-18 Km of groomed snowshoe trails (for a fee)
-50 Km of marked snowshoe trails open access
10,000 hectares of fields of virgin snow for snowshoeing.

Les Rousses is one the most biggest resort for Cross-country skiing with 250 km of ski tracks in this amazing nature for all level. You can  also enjoy “The Grande Traversée du Jura” called (GTJ)  , composed of four villages (Lamoura, Prémanon, Les Rousses and Bois-d’Amont).

In les Rousses ,the trail is well maintained and offer for classic and skating techniques great pleasure of sliding through this wooded region.

For children or with all the familly, you can enjoy sled-dog racing.  Different villages around propose this magical tour with a guide and show you the region by an original way.
